Is the Google reviews widget free?

Yes. ReTestimonial's free plan brings in up to 25 Google reviews at a time, from 1 location, and shows a small “Powered by ReTestimonial” badge. Its paid plans bring in more and remove the badge.

Do I have to sign in to Google?

No. You search for your business by name, and the builder reads its public reviews. There is nothing to connect or authorise.

Can I choose which reviews appear?

Yes. Once you have an account, every imported review is listed there, and you decide which ones the widget shows and in what order.

Do new reviews appear on their own?

On the free plan you bring in new reviews yourself, with one click. On the Pro plan they arrive on their own once a month, for up to 3 locations.
