Questions
Answers checked against Elfsight's own pages on 3 October 2026.
Does Amazon allow its reviews on other sites?
Not by copying. Amazon.com Conditions of Use, as read on 3 October 2026, do not allow content from its site to be reproduced for a commercial purpose without Amazon's written consent, and they make no exception for review widgets. Elfsight's terms leave the responsibility for what you show with you. Amazon's own route is Reviews from Amazon in Buy with Prime, for merchants who qualify.
Is the Amazon reviews widget free?
Elfsight has a free plan with 1 widget and 200 views a month, and it shows Elfsight branding. A view is one load of the widget on a page; past the limit Elfsight switches the widget off for a time. Paid plans start at $5 a month billed yearly, or $6 billed monthly, for 3 widgets and 5,000 views.
Which Amazon sites work?
Product links from Amazon in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, India and Italy.
Which reviews does the widget show?
Reviews from verified customers only, according to Elfsight.
How soon do new Amazon reviews appear?
Elfsight fetches new reviews about every 72 hours, so a new review can take up to 3 days to show in the widget.
Can I choose which reviews appear?
Yes. You can show only positive reviews, hide reviews that contain words you choose, and set how many appear at once.
