Questions
Answers checked against Elfsight's own pages on 3 October 2026.
Is the Etsy reviews widget free?
Elfsight has a free plan with 1 widget and 200 views a month, and it shows Elfsight branding. A view is one load of the widget on a page; past the limit Elfsight switches the widget off for a time. Paid plans start at $5 a month billed yearly, or $6 billed monthly, for 3 widgets and 5,000 views.
Whose reviews does the widget show?
The buyer reviews of the shop whose link you give it. One widget shows one shop.
How soon do new Etsy reviews appear?
Not at once. Elfsight's review widgets keep a copy of the reviews and check for new ones on a schedule: every 72 hours, on the widgets where it gives a figure. Allow up to 3 days for a new review to show.
Can I choose which reviews appear?
Yes. You can show only positive reviews, hide reviews that contain words you choose, and set how many appear at once.
