Questions
Answers checked against Elfsight's own pages on 3 October 2026.
Is the eBay reviews widget free?
Elfsight has a free plan with 1 widget and 200 views a month, and it shows Elfsight branding. A view is one load of the widget on a page; past the limit Elfsight switches the widget off for a time. Paid plans start at $5 a month billed yearly, or $6 billed monthly, for 3 widgets and 5,000 views.
Can it show the reviews of one item?
Yes. A link to an item's page brings in that item's reviews. A link to your profile's feedback brings in your seller ratings and buyers' comments.
How soon do new eBay reviews appear?
Not at once. Elfsight's review widgets keep a copy of the reviews and check for new ones on a schedule: every 72 hours, on the widgets where it gives a figure. Allow up to 3 days for a new review to show.
Can I choose which reviews appear?
Yes. You can show only positive reviews, hide reviews that contain words you choose, and set how many appear at once.
