Questions

Answers checked against Elfsight's own pages on 3 October 2026.

Is the App Store reviews widget free?

Elfsight has a free plan with 1 widget and 200 views a month, and it shows Elfsight branding. A view is one load of the widget on a page; past the limit Elfsight switches the widget off for a time. Paid plans start at $5 a month billed yearly, or $6 billed monthly, for 3 widgets and 5,000 views.

Which reviews does the widget bring in?

The public user reviews and ratings of the app whose link you give it.

How soon do new App Store reviews appear?

Not at once. Elfsight's review widgets keep a copy of the reviews and check for new ones on a schedule: every 72 hours, on the widgets where it gives a figure. Allow up to 3 days for a new review to show.

Can I choose which reviews appear?

Yes. You can show all reviews or only the star ratings you choose, leave out reviews by keyword or by author, and hide reviews that have no text.
