Add Google reviews to Wix
Show your Google reviews on a Wix page: find your business in the builder, paste one snippet into an Embed HTML element, then size it to fit.
The builder is ReTestimonial's. You need a free account there to get the code.

Add the reviews to Wix
Steps last checked on 3 October 2026.
- 1Find your business in the builder above, choose how the widget looks, create the free account and copy the snippet.
- 2In the Wix Editor, click Add Elements, then Embed Code, then Popular Embeds, and choose Embed HTML.

- 3The HTML Settings panel opens. Leave Code selected and paste the snippet under “Add your code here”, then click Update.

- 4Make the element big enough for the whole widget: click the Stretch icon and turn on “Stretch to full width”, then drag the element's bottom edge down until nothing is cut off.
- 5Click Preview to check it, then publish the site.
What to expect
- Wix shows embedded code inside a frame with a fixed size, and the widget cannot make that frame bigger. At the size Wix first gives the element, the widget is cut off and gets a scroll bar.

- The mobile version of the page has its own frame size. In the test it showed only a sliver of the widget. Open the mobile editor and make the element taller there too.

- Inside the frame the widget does not pick up your site's font. In the test it showed in the browser's plain serif font. Choose a font in the widget's own design settings if that matters.
- For the same reason, a widget that floats over the page, such as a pop-up, stays inside its frame on Wix.
- In Wix Studio the path is Add Elements, then Embed & Social, then Embed Code. That editor was not tried.
Google reviews on Wix: what works
Choose a layout with a steady height
Wix gives the element a fixed size, and the widget cannot change it. A carousel or a badge shows one row, so the height you set is likely to hold. A wall grows with every review you add, and the element would need resizing each time.
Size it twice
Set the element's height in the desktop editor, then again in the mobile editor. The mobile version of the page keeps its own size for the element, and in the test it started far too short.
Set the font in the widget
Inside its frame the widget cannot use your site's font. Pick one in the widget's own design settings that is close to yours.
What the free plan covers
ReTestimonial's free plan brings in up to 25 Google reviews at a time, from 1 location, and shows a small “Powered by ReTestimonial” badge. You do not sign in to Google: you find your business by name, and the builder reads its public reviews.
Which reviews show, how new ones arrive and what the paid plans add are answered on the Google reviews widget page.
How these steps were checked
Tried in the Wix Editor on a free Wix site: the widget showed in Preview once the element had been stretched and made taller.
The steps were checked for a testimonial widget from the same builder. A Google reviews widget goes onto the page with the same kind of snippet, so the steps do not change.

- Wix Help Center: Studio Editor, Adding an HTML iFrame Element
